I also have very small testicles. I also have a vert low testosterone level and nowhave to use a hormone replacement (Androgel) I also had a sperm count done and doctor found no sperm. Later test found only 50,000 sperm. Me and my wife ended up having invetro fertilization to have children. We now have two babies boy and girl. I also know from experience that size of a mans testicles is important for the amount of sperm a man has.

I have unusually large testicles and my first wife did not get pregnant throughout our four years of marriage. The whole time I thought it was me being the cause. Of course my ex-wife furthered that thought also. After our divorce, her using the excuse I could not give her children, she remarried a year later. Here it is four years after her getting remarried and still no children. I remarried last year and my current wife is about to give birth to our first child.

I am listing this because for several years I had the perception I was unable to impregnate a woman, which of course caused huge head problems of inadequacy. Knowing it was partially my fault because neither of us ever saw a doctor over this issue. Now my life is complete, whereas my current wife and I plan on adding additional children to our family as quickly as we can!

The moral of this story; get tested and if unhappy with your first opinion, get tested again by a different source. All is not finished. And never allow anyone, male or female convince you the problem (if any) always lies upon the man. Although I hold no hard feelings towards my first wife, after years of her pounding these accusations of inadequacies into my head, I feel she finally got what she passed out, a taste of her own medicine! :-D

unfortunately that is untrue. it has been proven many times that the larger the testicle......the more sperm it produces (considering of course it is healthy). Even in heard animals they usually keep the bull with the largest testicles and castrate the rest. So sorry to burst your buble, but your unusually small testicles many indeed be contributing to your lack of ability to impregnate your wife.

wrong, show that u r not doctor

Well I just got a varicocele operation done on my left and right side and also I had a hydrocele on both sides I heated. Now I lived with this heavyness/burning sensation in my testicals due to these enlarged viens. As I live in America no doc seen it nessary to do this procedure they kept saying no, just take pain killers (yea right). So as my wife is from Egypt, I took a little trip down there to a good doctor and he did my operaion. It's been about 11 days now after the procedure and I feel some what better but also I notice the small testical thing. Soc did tell me that after the procedure for three months a mans sperm level drops then will go up but he will give me these pills that I'll take for three months to help it go up. So my question is the small testical thing does that go back up? And I kinda wake up with like sensitve aching testicals just in the morning does that go away? Oh one more thing I went to get a Doppler xray Scan on the testicals after the operation to make sure and the person doing the xray that doesn't know the doc that did the operation said wow who ever dis this did a nice job and also the doc seeing te scan results said everything looks good but the aching should I feel wooried?

Sorry to dissapoint all yous folks out there trying. The reality is that the people out of view from the public are trying to reduce the population. Your mothballs maybe be smaller to facilitate the sperm required to make pregnant millions of mothers, but really all it takes are a couple of handful of your healthy tadpoles to burst the bubble. That being said, the problem is not your mothballs since any mothballs, even the size of a pea, would still have the capacity to facilitate hundreds of thousands of your tadpoles. This is more than enough to burst anybody's bubble. The real problem is in what you ingest or forced into you. Think about about it, all that flouride, aspartame, MSG, dental fillings, vaccinations etc - they are murdering your tadpoles by the millions!

came across this blog and felt so comforted by the fact that there are others that suffer from this. I learned about my hub's fertility issues when we first started trying for a baby 11yrs ago. The reason for his infertility was low sperm count which was due to small testicles. He suffered from mumps as a kid which affected the testicles. We saw a urologist 11yrs ago, to be told that there is no way we can have kids, so we should look into adoption. Spoke to my GP and she referred us to the fertility clinic and reassured that miracles do happen. I was saddened by the news that we couldn't have kids but was supportive towards my hubby. After all once you are married, you stick together thru thick and thin..so may be this was it. In the meantime, while waiting for our consultation at the fertility clinic, I started praying diligently and would ask for a baby. So we go for consultation and was informed of our options, which was ICSI. Well i was scared of taking drugs and so forth, but i had faith and kept praying. A week before my first treatment at the fertility clinic, we got preganant..and i felt so ecstatic when i phoned to cancel my appointment. Miracles do happen, you gotta have faith and keep treading. Now, we are trying for the second one, and wishing that God will bless us again with a healthy baby. And today, going again to see the doc at the fertility clinic, which i am apprehensive about :) It only takes one sperm to get that baby :)

Wishing you all the best and would suggest that please seek out help and be proactive when it comes to your health issues. Love and Light to all :)

I got married to a 33 years old friend and it is almost 3 months we are trying make baby, but she cannot find exact hints of pregnant. I am now worried that one of my Testicle is very smaller in size than the right side one. I have faced an accident when I was 12 years old my younger sister accidentally kick my abdomen by that time my left testicle size is reduced and trying to move upward for the whole day. So my granfather was holding my testice whole night to save from moving in upper part of the abdomen. from those days onward one of my testicle is smaller in size it suddenly blank when I do masturbate, but the right side testicle is tight and full but never feel slim or empty after masturbation. Still my right side testicle is full after sex too, but left side is sometime totally blank and I feel pain in the left abdomen after sex. So, I am worried for this matter please help me. what should i do.
My wife is looking for pregnant for I am not able to make her pregnant.

I have used Testim in the past and its OK.  After I finished the Testim - I have been using the Dr Max Powers Testosterone Boost for 4+ years. I absorbing it and the body regulating to the introduction of the hormone takes awhile, at least it did for me. Its also better than taking Testim again.

You seem kind of young for low T levels.  I do not want anymore kids, but a sexy wife that's needs regular servicing. My Doctor did a full blood work up and said my levels are back to normal now.  I think its mainly because I took the Testosterone Boost from Dr Max Powers to help maintain the levels.  And did so in a healthy way. I know he checked my pituitary, and the results came back OK.

I have very small testicles...grape sized perhaps..and have always been disappointed by my ejaculate amount.  Very low. Yet get this...Despite all that going against me..I have two children without even trying.  I must have had some very quality sperm in that small amount I produced.  I now have a vasectomy.  Got my wife pregnant on the pill....But I am so embarrassed by my nuts I can stand it...

Referring to old wives tales used in animal husbandry? Actually, I have a Dr-proven answer. I've had a heredity condition that results in high testosterone levels since I was 13. At 48 my t-level is 1,500. A normal range is 400-900. My sperm count was measured before my wife and I started our family 20 years ago - due to other concerns. As expected due to the high t-count, the sperm count was extremely high and we got pregnant on the first try with both kids.

The zinger? My testicles are definitely on the small side. Several endocrinologists and urologists have told me there is NO relationship between size and output. The only exception is for steriod abusers.
