Haveing a small testicles does not stop a man from impregnating a woman. The issue is that if your sperm is healthy,then you can get a woman pregnant.

Hello doc, my testicles were operated on when I was a little child and now I noticed I now have one small testicles and the other one is as if nothing is there. I also notice is scotrum is too small and doesn't descend. I am now married and now been diagnosed with azoospermia.

Hi Mike, You have to post a new question directly to the Dr. to get a Dr. answer on this website. This forum is for men and women to answer each others' questions. Sorry to hear about your problems. Did your Dr. do a blood test to measure your testosterone level and see if you need any artifical testosterone? It sounds like your surgery in childhood, or the reason for that surgery, is likely the source of your problems. Drs. can do a testicular biopsy to cut a little slice into each testicle and take very small samples of tissue from deep inside each testicle to see if you have any sperm at all that could be harvested to use in artifical insemination to make babies with your own sperm. If you have no sperm deep inside either testicle, then you could try different medicines to try to stimulate your own sperm production and see if those will work for you or not. Otherwise there are healthy professional sperm donors that can supply extra healthy sperm to make your wife pregnant and let you have a family. Good luck.

Complete and utter bs. My husband has small testicles, wrapped up in a tight scrotum. I call them his baby balls. But what comes out of him is nothing short of amazing...oh my god is unreal. He pumps these small jets of thin white cum the entire time we are having sex. Then he takes this deep breath and gets rigid and makes a face like he's concentrating. And he starts moaning slowly and shaking. Then he turns his head to the side and he has the sexiest look ever. Ican't explain it. I also have small testicles, and am a Natural Inseminator, and have fathered several children. The guys saying that testicle size means anything are just trying to make themselves feel special. It's misinformation.

I just measured my testicles 2 cm each and I am under 2 inch erect are they told small to hold sperm?

I too have small testes, i havent had any protection with my girlfriend and i went and got check out. Zero sperm count. Everything else fine, just the big O. Infertility clinic said we could maybe have baby in a lab, depending. She said to stop smoking marijuana is 1st step. I live in Colorado and its legal here. I asked her if it was a normal thing and she said 2 years ago before legalization she saw this maybe once or twice a month but now its 2-4x a week. Decisions decisions.

Sir i have problem of small testicles. I have both testicle normal size before ten year. After sime time i have pain in my right testis. Then i meet to dictor in 5 days it was ok. But slowly slowly its size reduce. Now my left testis is normal in size but right testis is very small. My problem is that pain is gonig on my testis. As i meet doctor i will be well upto 3-4 months after this it starts again.


What shold i do???
