I need relaxing exercises. I am not into hard body fitness or some martial art, where I have to be one hundred percent concentrated on what I am doing. So, a question. Do you have to think with pilates moves? Are they complicated? Like I said, my physical activity must not include heavy thinking; I have already a lot of that on work.

Interesting question. I am afraid that I will have to disappoint you a little. Every type of exercise includes at least a little bit of thinking. I mean, you have to think about what you do, how your body moves, so that you could perform exercises correctly. Of course, as you become more used to your fitness program, your body will react almost automatically; only then you won't have to concentrate that much.
