I am starting to follow lamer’s diet program, together with my friend Elma. I have to say that I know that this is a huge decision, but I am willing to try. I was reading a lot about it and I found a lot of amazing things and tips, so I think that this diet program won’t be that hard to follow.
I have some things to ask, so I was wondering that you can tell me.
So, do you need to combine exercises along with nutrition while following lamer’s diet program?
If I have to, which one?

I have to say that I do admire how persistent you are. I am not willing to try this diet program, but who knows, once you tell us your experience with it, maybe I will follow it as well.
Now, about your question, it is always a good idea to eat healthy, to follow some diet program, and to do some exercises. So, yes, it is always a good idea to combine some exercise with this diet program. Cardio is always a good idea, so think about it.

Of course. No diet program can’t work so good without some good exercise diet program. So, whenever you are planning to follow some diet program, try to find some exercise program that is best for you. And, I am sure that there is something that fits you totally. I also love to do cardio, but I am OK with running and walking as well.
So, if you think that this is something for you, that can help you lose your weight, do it.
