For some unknown reasons I had to change my rheumatologist and the new one will not prescribe Infliximab for psoriasis. I used to take infliximab in the past and was very satisfied with its effects. Can you please tell me, if you know what possible reasons for such decision of my rheumatologist are?

There can be several reasons for not prescribing Infliximab. Here are some: if you have not tried standard treatment first, if you are pregnant or breast feeding, if you have an infection. Your doctor may decide not to give you Ifliximab if you have had TBC in the past, you have other repeated infections (such as cold, ear, etc), or if you have some other serious conditions such are cancer or heart condition.
