After you have your gallbladder removed you should steer clear of foods that are high in fat as the gallbladder is what is responsible for digesting fats (via bile). Most people will report GI disturbances if they eat fatty foods after having thier gallbladder removed.
I hope this helps

Not sure if this will help or not but I also had my Gallbladder removed years ago and also had a lot of problems and many trips to different doctors none of whom could help. Mostly I got told it was all in my head. Also tried cutting all the foods out that they said would make it worse, none of that seemed to make a difference. I ended up talking to a nutritional consultant one day and told her about it and she suggested digestive enzymes. I started taking them any time I would eat and within 2 or 3 days it had made a huge difference. I don't know that it would help everyone like it did me but for me it was such a change after so long that I suggest to everyone that has had their gallbladder out to at least try it.....
