It is true, that is soooo unsafe, I know from experience, I'm 31 and at 30 I had a seizure from that same dosage. I'm not by any means unhealthy either, I'm 118 pounds, I exercise regularly, I haven't had any health issues, that is not until I started on adderall. I would really suggest for your future cardiovascular health as well as just in general for your overall health, to stop taking adderall if you feel like you need that much to function and look into other methods. It's very addictive so I understand the feeling to need to defend continuing taking it but it's not worth it at all in the grand scheme of things. I was diagnosed at 6 with ADHD and again at 13 with severe adhd. It's been very difficult for me throughout my entire life to feel successful or feel like I belong anywhere, but I am finally finding my way and doing it without medication is doable you just have to get past the difficult part which is literally just forcing yourself to wake up in the morning and telling yourself you don't need stimulants to get where you want to be. Good luck I really hope this message makes it to you, and does before anything negative happens.

She said 2 20mg in the morning and 2 20mg in the afternoon. 20 plus 20 is 40, and 40 plus 40 is 80. So she is taking 80mg a day, that is a lot. I read 40mg total a day is the highest dose recommended.
