Does dry ejaculation also happen with the Green Light Laser Surgery like with HOLEP procedure?

I read this from above regarding the HOLEP PROCEDURE:

"The other disadvantage is that normal ejaculation may be affected following the procedure. This is because the opening of the semen into the bladder may not be completely blocked following the procedure and this can lead to something which is called as a "dry" ejaculation."

My question is:  Does this also happen with the Green Light Laser Surgery????
