Think about it...if your hands are occupied masturbating,then you are not going to be eating, so it should have the opposite effect! Ask your Dr. how many calories per day you should be eating combined with the amount of physical activity you do. It could be too many calories or the types of food you are eating. Are your snacks carrot sticks or celery or an apple, or a candy bar and a soda. Cut out all soft drinks, you should be drinking 8 glasses of water everyday.If your drinking soda, just because it is liquid doesn't make it a substitute for water.Drink or use low or no fat milk. Milk comes fom a cow and is ment to take a calf after birth,to several hundred pounds in a matter of a few months, What effect do you think whole vitamin D milk has on you. Green vegtables are the best for you ,and the greener the better, spinach, kale , broccoli. Beans such as lima , navy or kidney beans are not vegtables. Raw fruit and vegetables suxh as salads or raw apples for a snack are roughage, and help keep your system clean. Use Canola oil or olive oil when cooking. And cut back on sweets, althought Dark Chocolate is good for you. dark chocolate is not a hershey bar. You should never go on a diet!! You should learn how to eat healthy. And portion control is important as well as eating slower,so your body can start to digest food and you can fill your hunger, and stop when you feel full. Deserts like Sugar free jello with fruit packed in juice, not syrup is good. Pick up what your eating and read the ingredients. If you can't pronounce what the ingredients are they are probably preservatives, which you can do without. Frozen veggies are better for you than canned, because they are flash frozen shortly after harvest, and usually don't have anything added to them.I don't keep ice cream in the house. If I want ice cream I will buy a small container, or go to baskin robbins. You can't eat foods that are bad for you if they are not in the house. Excersize, even if it just walking around the block a couple times after a meal. I worked in retaraunts most of my life, I am 6'1" and weight is 185, which is about ten pounds more than I weighed when I finished High school. I could put on 10 or 15 ponds easily if I kept cookies icecream and soda in the house.
