I want to start herbalife and I just wanted to know if it works and whats the typical result I want to loose weight by this summer I know I wont be able to loose it all cause I gotta loose a lot but enough to look ok by this summer is this typical.

I havebeen taking Herbalife for 8 weeks now and i lost 14 lbs, I am a marithon runner and i could not loss any weight. I run 35 + miles a week, since Aug. 2010 to Jan 2011 i have maintained 164 lbs, since Herbalife I lost the weight. My diet of organic food ect has not changed only Herbalife. My optium weight 144 and age 44.

Hello Guys please some one help me.... i am on herbalife from jan 17th 2011 to march 31st. i lost 4lbs initially but i am not lossing any weight now. Can some one suggest me what i need to take like the tea,pills etc which can help me in lossing weight. please some one correct my diet
here is the diet i follow regularly
1.breakfast- 8 ounce fat free milk, 2 scoops protein powder and 3 scoops formula1 and 3-4 strawberries.
2. lunch- subway
3. nrg tea at 3
4. coffee at 4.30
5.yoga for 1 hour
6. dinner
i skip herbalife for dinner and will have some curries
7. fruits

i also take total control

please correct my diet if i am doing something wrong.


i wana loose weight please help me guys

I have been doing herbalife for 1 month, shakes and cell activator. I also have been walking a total of 15 miles in 5 days, every week. I have lost 2LBS. Thats right folks 2Lbs. I know I have lost a few inches, but herbalife is bs and I will be discontinuing. Good liuck to all of you that it works for.

Yes Herbalife works but it has it's down side take it 2x's a day with it's cocktail of pills and aloe juice and tea (gives me chills) then eat a sensible meal and the cocktail of pills then loose the weight lot's of water too after you loose the weight do the shake once a day and two sensible meals but I think the vitamins and other pills are 3x's a day for life! I will do it until I loose the 70lb's I need to loose then I will see what else to do like exercise and eating better I have lost like 3lbs so far in 4 days I think mainly water weight but I look and feel waaaY BETTER !

Well so far I read a lot of good comments about Herbalife and it might work. All you got to do is follow of what to do and you can lose weight that way. 
But I just got started today and I'm just hoping this will work and that I can lose weight fast. To me! I think this will work. Because I just took the stuff today and already I had to use the bathroom 2 times. And I think I have to go again. O__O But I believe it's flushing out all the junk I have in my body. So I'm happy if it's doing that.  So If I start losing weight. ..Omg! I think I will be in tears. Because I been wanting to lose weight ever since I was 12 or 13 years old. And I'm 26 now and over 250ibs. So if this works! This will not only amaze me but everyone that I know. I can look good and buy clothes that fits. And be healthy. Hi, I'm starting on Monday and i have a question.  I'm thinking my consultant told me to mix the Healthy Meal Shake Mix along with the Protein Drink Mix together to make my daily shakes is that correct?

Well after three years of healthy food and exercise this last 15lbs is still here so I am trying Herbalife. The cookies and cream shakes are aren't to bad. The tea is good with a little lemon and stevia(sugar substitute). I just started 4 days and I gotta say I feel better. I have more energy. And my tummy looks thinner(Don't have scale - 3yr old tried to weigh our Great Dane with it by having her sit on it lol)I normally replace lunch with the shakes. I am hypoglycemic so I have to have protein in order to keep my glycos in check and keep my body from crashing. I eat small pieces of cheese or meat through out the day to help with this which was where my problem was. The shakes have enough protein in them to keep me level till dinner. It seems to be working for me.

i think herba does kinnda workk<3 i sale herba life nd i have los 7 inches yeaa todally work..i would always lose 1 inches bt now  have lost 7 ..i like evrythinq about herba life..it has helped me at work.take the (nrj)and it give you energy and takes all the greace of you body...herba life has  helped me and my kids lose weight but stay healthy..',a nd my husband didnt bealive me eather but now he is taking it and he is saling it to his friends.. try not to eat for 4 hours once you have drink the shake because you will get fat..nd then you will blame the herba life product..just do what i tell you and  hope soon i will help someone..H e R B A l I F E....

I bought Herbalife I believe a year ago and only had it for about 3 days and its still sitting there. Now that I'm very motivated into losing 20lbs, I am going to go through it for 2weeks. Im not gong for "skinny" Im going for slim. Yeah, I know the shakes are nasty but stop being a big baby about it and suck it up. Your body is to consume healthy fuel not stuff that taste good do to sweets. If you're saying they do not work, its probably because you eat like c**p and dont exercise. I'm 16 years old, wake up at 5:30am to do an hour of cardio starting at 6am. At 7:30am, I go to crosscountry to run 4 miles and other drills. From 2-4pm I do straight cardio for volleyball. Not trying to brag on what I do because its summer and I have the time. Most of you have to work and dont have the time but i know you have atleast 3hours to excercise instead of watching television. I am now more educated into healthy food and excercise. Its really not that bad. What I usually do is:

5:30am cup of black coffee WITH NOTHING ADDED TO IT!!!!!!
6:00-7:00am cardio (join a cardio class at the gym)
(between your exercise, do at least 3 glasses of water)
7:30-9:00am do a .5mile warm-up, STRETCH, go for the 4miles around the neighborhood, and STRETCH AGAIN!
9:30 2boiled eggs NOTHING ADDED TO THEM (glass of water)
(eat every 4hours)
1pm oatmeal with water. add dried fruit if wanted and protein powder if you prefer to (glass of water)
2:00-4:00pm cardio (play a sport)
4pm HERBALIFE TIME!!!!!! (3glasses of water)
AND ALL OF YOUR 8CUPS ARE DONE!
8pm get some fruit and vegetables in!
DO NOT EAT AFTER 8PM!!!!!!
get as much sleep as you can, really helps

REAL SACRIFICE!!!! never exercise between 1-6pm outside during the summer, its just stupid of you killing yourself in the heat. If you are, at least go to the gym. If you really want to go down to 5-10lbs a week, its going to take work.
mondays- 5hrs of workout
tuesdays- 2hrs
wednesdays- 3hrs
thursday- 2hrs
friday- 3hrs
WEEKEND IS THE BREAK!

I have been on herbalife for almost two months and I have lost inches and weight, and have gained lean muscle mass. I don't exercise but I do walk a lot since I work far and my commute is pretty hectic. Nothing else was working for me. I highly recommend it. I say give it a try and see for yourself. You definitely have to stick to it. You may get hungry from time to time in the beginning since your body is not used to it. I ended up buying the Herbalife protein bars and that helped fight the cravings. Now I barely have to eat the protein bars to keep full. Also, I still eat all the good stuff...pizza, buffalo wings, etc...just not as much as before because I am full from the Herbalife shakes.

CHECK THIS OUT I DIDNT THINK HERBALIFE WORKED BUT MY GOD IT DOES I LOST 10 POUNDS ON THE FIRST WEEK EVERYTHING I ATE WAS HEALTHY IF SHE TAKES MAKESURE SHE TAKES IT EVERYDAY AND ALSO  START EATING RIGHT I WEIGHED 280 I WEIGHED MYSELF TODAY AND IM AT 270.4 IT DOES WORK TRUST ME THE FIRST WEEK WILL BE HARD TO GIVE UP THE SWEETS BUT THEN IT GETS EASIER I TRIED EVERYTHING AND I WAS TIRED OF BEING FAT SO I SAID ONE LAST TRY AND HERBALIFES IS GIVING ME A NEW LOOK I WENT FROM A SIZE 40 TO A SIZE 38 IN 2 WEEKS I LOST 17 POUNDS IN 2 WEEKS

Hi all, I started taking herba life a week ago and was shocked when i put on a half a stone!!! i was taking a shake for breakfast, one for lunch with some fruit and a normal dinner, i also drank a good bit of water and the odd coffee, i really was taken back because i was so good and didnt have any kind of junk food. has anyone else had this happen???? i'd love any advice

It Worked for me i take the shake at 10:00 a.m what i put on my shake is one cup of milk,the choclate powder,ice,and half a banana it tastes very good i wait 4 hours to pass then i have a meal try not to eat lots of tortillas or soda i lost 21 ponds in 2 months it really helps my goal is to loose 60 pounds i i use to wieght 207lb now i weight 186lb
