Anal sex does not do any damage if you use enough lube and go slow at first I've also talked with doctors and specialists and they all have told me that anal sex is healthy as long as the woman has at least two hours before you do it again if you are really worried start out with your partner sticking his finger up there first before he sticks his penis in. It is better If your partner starts with fingers first every time. Gradually stretching the anus make it easier and less painful. I personally enjoy anal almost more than vaginal. The amount of ignorance on display here is startling. Ignoring the usual provocateurs you find in these kind of discussions, you have people parroting the line about it being common knowledge or established medical fact that too much (whatever that is) anal sex is damaging to health.

They'll always say, "oh but I heard your bowels will fall out" or "you'll loose bowel control" or "you'll get haemerroids or whatever. Where is the evidence? They heard it from "someone" who knew someone who read it "somewhere" on the internet? All they have is anecdotal evidence. Please point me to a proper scientific study on this because experience has told me this is not the case.

Sounds like you have never been done correctly or you are a wee bit bland when it comes to sex. Have been doing it for 20 years with no problems whatsoever. To say people are dumb because hey have anal sex is ridiculous. I have anal because my p***y is so sensitive every time i have conventional sex i have a nasty case of cystitis. Much healthier alternative for me. It is all about how well the act is performed. Lube is a must and forcing anything is an absolute no no.
