There are a good few reported side effects of methylfolate, I felt like I was in a daze or couldn't concentrate for a good few hours after taking it. I read you should start it on a small dose, so I will get 400mcg size soon, I have to travel a good distance to get it, no hot flashes or anything like that...
Yeah that comes with methyl folate or any activated form of the vitamin. What dosage are you currently taking. ? #J. That slowly building is called titration. If folic acid worked it shouldn't have those side effects according to my understanding
I never took folic acid on its own but I did take a B-complex for a while which had 400ug of folic acid in it with no side effects, helped a bit maybe but not the cure and yeah, it's the activated forms that give the side effects, are you getting methylfolate soon?
No I responded really bad to the methylated form of b12 so I intend to get the folic acid and try that first. But haven't been able to get so till yet. #J

Thanks bro. #J I hope we all cure soon. I don't know if this form is available here. Cause I'm having problem finding. Only three have folic acid 5mg which is 5000mcg which is too big dose I think.
