Common low dopamine symptoms include:

So far I I have avoided going to the doctor to test for dopamine mainly because I heard the test wasn't very accurate and it was expensive. But I will look into it more. The reason why I believe why many of us haven't fully recovered and are stuck in the 85 % range is because our dopamine hasn't fully recovered to where is was before we took whey. A while ago I took a herb called macuna pruriens. This herb will naturally increase dopamilne. I took it and I immediately saw the benefits. I probably had the hardest, biggest erection in years. The problem is I also had extreme lightheadedness the next day; like seriously I almost passed out just sitting in a seat. So I don't take it anymore because of that. Was this a placebo? Maybe a little, but I definetly noticed a difference. There are other pills and foods that you can take that helps with dopamine production, but I think the best way to increase dopamine is to eat a healthy diet, and just avoid foods or activities that will lower dopamine. Out of all those symptoms I mentioned above, I seem to have pretty much all of them more or less. Before I took whey protein I had symtoms of high dopamine, so I have been able to compare and contrast what both of them are like. Here are symptoms of high dopamine: Agitation, Anxiety, cognitive acuity,feelings of pleasure, hedonism, high energy, high libido, hyperactivity, insomnia, learning, mania, motivation, organization of thoughts, paranoia, productivity, reward seeking, self controle, social seeking. So as you can see, there are some positive and negative effects of high dopamine. I basically had high dopamine before I took whey protein, and now I'm kind of stuck in low dopamine. Can any of you guys relate to any of this?

Every time i read the symptoms of any disease you guyz post i feel that i have it :D

When MMM posted that what we have is autoimmune i searched about the symptoms and i found that i have all the symptoms :D

Same happened with J about vitb12 diff
Same happened with BBB about dopamine diff
Beside that i believe its peripheral neuropathy :D

Yes the test is not that accurate but its gives you indication
Anyway my mother is goin abroad and i asked her to bring a dopamine supplemnts called l doba
Low dopamine level can be cured completely

I also readed low dopamine level has influence motor nerve and make you feel numbness and affects blood vessels

Yes, low dopamine will definetly make you feel numb. Not physically numb though. For example, sex and food still feel pretty much the same, but my drive to have sex or even eat sometimes isn't there like it used to be. Low dopamine will cause someone to be kind of indifferent about things, not to high and not too low. Your drive to do things that you used to love doing isn't there, but you can still derive some pleasure doing what you don't care to do if that makes sense. lol For example. A high dopamine person will have a huge drive to eat chocolate cake. A low dopamine person will be kind of indifferent to the desire to eat it, but will still enjoy the cake if he eats it. Kind of confusing I know, but it actually makes sense. Dopamine is the hormone of motivation, whether it be food, sex, or going for a walk. Regarding whey, I think that if we have avoided whey for a long time, and we seem to be stuck in the 80 % recovery, my opinion is our dopamine hasn't recovered fully from the brutal effects that whey has had on it. To rebalance our dopamine levels might be the last thing we need to do so that we can start feeling like we did before. If it can't be done naturally, then I might have to try wellbutrin, but like I said, I'm not quit there yet.

guys, you are right about the low dopamine part.I thought we have already discussed this months ago. dopamine is also a neuro transmitter. dopamine and serotonin being the main one, this was going to happen one day or another.The root issue is the milk related ibs. which has kept us deprived of essential nutritents for so long.obviously we absorebed some of it from time to time thats why were still capable of something. if you had low dopamine i dont think visual arousal or erections at even 85 % would be possible. ofcourse low dopamine is a problem or part of it but it is not the root cause. I believe that due to the milk related ibs we had very limited absoprition of scertain nutrients.My belief is methylfolate and b12, cause these 2 are reeally important in making neurotransmitters and then b6 for breaking down these transmitters. Lets say if it is even low dopamine low dopamine itself is not a problem or disease its a symptom. There is one thin i can beet and that is we were very low in active b12 when on they whey. and science backs me up on that because initially i took the b12 pill when a few days into the nightmare.The pill hit me like a shot. Now this only happens when your system is really depleted of it. it goes through the gut and illeum through diffusion or osmosis whichever is applicable for water form of vitamins. we have a difference of opinion obviously but I findn this the most possible solution. And if its so ismple why are you guys hesitant to try it. See the other thins we have like numbness and tingling also points to this methylation problem due to improper absorption of b12/methylfolate or adb12 the required co factors. This cured my tingling atleast and its still gone. I disagree on the immune system response because after so many years i think it would have healed completely maybe I might be wrong but thats just my opinion. Esepcially since i didnt take whey for that lon gnot even a compelte month or nnot even in that big amounts. I believe it hit me faster because i may have been more defecient in one of the co factors before whey. I was having tiredness after sleep even after sleepin gfor 12 hours. I had a hard time fallin asleep but after the whey I couldnt sleep at all i even stayed awake for a continous numbers o f days maybe 2 or 3. But the b12 fixed that atelast for me.Im still sleeping very good thankfully. Maybe it only worked for me as you guys think its a placebo. but what is the harm in trying. Im sure its a part of the answer if not the answer. Actually i believe it is the asnwer. but you guys dont. the methylfolate/b12 and folic acid is the only thing that has impacted our erections althoughit has different uses. I'd like to hear your opinions too. Why i think a shot is necessary is to restore erections to 100 % because food contains only 1.2 or max 3mcg b12. Not all of that is evcn absorbed due to digestion issues.Our milk related ibs makes it worse.Thats why it takes you so lon to even get to 85. then it s used to restore other body functions. Shots go directo to the blood strean.When on whey due to the gulatame producin supplement and chemically altered sturcture of whey it was really fast absorbin and it robbed our system of all the active b12. just tr yit a. If it restores your sleep to healthy and you feel active you will know i am right cause if you are not defecient in it you wont even know you took a shot. btw more methylgroups more neurotransmitters. the other possible thin i can think of that makes sense with science is that the amino acids in whey caused mass production of dopamine and it made our receptors damaged and resistant like you get resitance to a certain drug. but then again if his was correct we wouldnt have other symptoms.. I would like to here your guys opinions too if you have any.

I know that we should do something about it cause I don't think time will fix it. Maybe better but.not totally good cause if it did m would have healed by now. 10 years is a really long time my friend. Don't you think. Kudos to your patience man. #Respect

If you guys wanna go the natural way. It would at least only make sense to go dairy free. Eat lots of green and red meat. And fish fish is best for erections. #j
