Dose varicocele Embolization has side effect??

I have done a varicocele Embolization surgery last march- 2012.   I was very optimistic to recover from varicocele problem. However,  after  the surgery  my testicles suck becomes very loose looks big suck and my  testicles and the pines  is  shrinked  also I have  lost women interest or sexual  desire because at the time of  sexual intercourse  it is  very hard to erect my penis and  ejaculate with very less sperm count. So I need your advice to recover  to get normal/  healthy pines and testicles and  improved enough   sperm count and normal ejaculation  process.
