No need to lose hope! I'm positive there's an answer. Using a hand cream can cause a lot of irritation. See a doctor and ask for help. Absolutely no shame in it. Once you're recovered, stick to lubes designed for the job, and if you want to use a lotion for the penis (for moisturizing, not lubricant) then go for something made for it like Man1 Man Oil. Give yourself time to heal, and don't lose hope! It will likely be just fine.
Did the garlic work?
I've got the same issue right now just started yesterday. Do you just leave the garlic juice on it or what?
Stupidest sh*t I've ever heard. DO NOT EXFOLIATE YOUR penis!!!
I went to a dermatologist back when it first appeared and he knew nothing. He said it was a fungal type thing and he gave me some anti-fungal cream and told me it would be fixed in a few weeks.
I had the very same condition for more than 8 years. Mine goes in a 7 day cycle. The beginning is where the skin on the head is smooth, soft and red translucent. Within a few days, it starts to harden and dry out. By the 6th or 7th day the skin turns white and scaly. At that time, I would rub it off with a wet washcloth in the shower. Then it would start all over again. After 8 frustrating years, I went to another dermatologist I was given a Rx for a corticosteroid called Triamcinolone Acetonide ointment USP 0.1%. After applying it 3 nights in a row and covering it with plastic wrap, it's all cured. I haven't had a repeat of the 7 day cycle in more than 2 weeks. I'm still not sure if it was eczema or psoriasis, but I know that this medication works.
I guess getting a second opinion was the right thing to do. I just wish I had done it sooner.

I had same problem, i was taking it very hard. I was trying everything and nothing helped and i could not find any answer on internet and went to 3-4 different doctors and they told me it's all fine but i just knew it is not. After like 6 months i gave up and just used soap and tried to forget about it as much as i could. After a year or all slowly came to be fine and my state is now pretty normal, my skin is like before and my sense is back. The color is a bit changed but i don't mind it. When i was trying to find answer but just found nothing i swore that i will write it somewhere if i got better. so the only thing you need to know is that all will be fine, but the path is longer then you want it to be... healing proses takes time. so my skin was red, scaly, dry, my sense numbed, and it was all my fault... Masturbate slowly and wait it to go down, then wash it with soap... some oil wont harm but it's not needed, put him in your pants and forget about it... it will take time, but it will get better... and don't ever masturbate with cream on, that should not be on. Sorry for bad grammar.
It's been 6 months since I applied the Triamcinolone Acetonide ointment and my skin is still normal. This ointment works. See your dermatologist and get this Rx. You'll thank me later.
Garlic may be worth -- but I am a diabetic and occassionally ( about twice a year) have this issue: the flexibility of the skin of forehead of penis gets dry/torn if stretched.
I - firstly improved my blood sugar control (believe me you should get yourself checked for blood sugar as well) and then used simple Boroplus for about 4/5 days -- this went on reducing and went off in a week AFTER THE BLOOD SUGAR was in the range of 140-150 post prandial (post lunch after 12 hours of fasting )

I have had the same problem for almost a month now. I recently started to use vitamin E oil and it seems to work, atleast for now.

But I wanna
I have the same thing from friction in my pants
My head is crusty
I have had a dry scaly penis since I was a baby. It was and still is caused by an ignorant GP cutting the foreskin away, he thought it was faulty. The only relief comes from pulling the remaining tissue forward, and keeping it there.
