It's possible you could have gotten pregnant if his cum leaked into you. However, if he was wearing double layers, the chances are not good.
Since you're six days late, you can get a pregnancy test and chances are it would be pretty accurate since you're so late. If it's negative, you may just be having a late period. If it's negative and you still don't get it, take another test a few days later.
