Does it get dry after your orgasm or just dry all the time in general everytime?
If it is dry after orgasm that is normal because usually after you orgasm your body goes into relax mood because sex is done. Now if you try to have sex later on does it get wet again or stay dry?
Now if it is constantly dry there are several different reasons/factors that could cause this. A new medication, weight gain, stress, not turned on, being dehydrated, etc.
If you do not want to see a doctor about this issue just yet, I would suggest trying to drink more water, cut back on stress, try more forplay, and even use a little lube to help enhance your stimulation by getting a lube that warms, cools, etc.
Also, are you allergic to the condoms or does it hurt. Like I said there are a million reasons why and you can consult your doctor or wait and try several different things at home first.
