HI ALL,
I would just like to share my little story, after leaving my partner of 7 years and ballooning to 113kgs I decided to go on Durammine, and within roughly a year I had lost 32kgs and kept it off with regular exercising and eating right.. sometimes I feel like I putting on weight again so I just go back on it for a month or so my only real side effect was lack of sleep and it gave me bad skin.. After all even the dr will admit it is just Prescribed Speed thats why its hard to sleep on it!
Hope I have given someone some hope, but just dont rely on them I went running and to gym to tone... You cant stay on them forever

Thank you for sharing. While it is great that you lost the weight and have kept it off, it is not good for you to stay dependant on the drug. It is important to establish real tools that will enable you to monitor your weight and keep it off through a healthy lifestyle. Great eating habits and exercise are crucial in managing your weight over the long haul. It seems that research is constantly changing the safety of drugs. We have seen Phen-phen go through this, now Ripped Fuel. Eating right, exercise, good sleep habits, and plenty of water are tried tested and proven to always work. Thanks for your post I am sure your information will help people in your exact situation.
