Each morning I wake with my hands tingling and a tingling sensation right across my chest, at the nipple line. this has been happening for months.
Can anyone help to identify what this could be or what kind of tests I should get?

I am so grateful for the time you have taken to reply to my question. I bought high potency Magnesium SAP and I can feel a difference already. Thank you. Fingers crossed that this incredibly annoying sensation does not return - I actually had an unbroken sleep last night.
