Early dark bleeding that has lasted 2 weeks!?

I started bleeding dark dark blood a week before my expected period and it's still happening. It's been 12 days now. It's not too heavy I only have to use one tampon a day but just wondering what's going on? It's been super dark the whole time.. I always have a regular period and lasts 5 days. Anyone have any ideas?
