Hi, I am much under weight than I should be. I am not eating so little, as it may seems. But, I guess I have fast metabolism. How can I get some weight?

Hi, certainly you can do some exercise to stimulate weight gain, not body building but just to keep god health. You can make your favorite food often, to eat more. It is important to feel good about what you are doing and not to make yourself eat more. If you like to eat in company, try to organize family meals or eat outside with friend and co-workers. If you are not eating because of some psychological problem, like frustration from being over weight or anorexia, it should be checked by professional counselor.
