I had pain in my testical and penis for some time. I got worried since I noticed that when I urinate I get flow that seems blocked because it comes out in two steams. My both testicals looked as they are enlarged. Doctor suspected on E. coli, he said that is most common cause and put me on some antibiotics. I am two weeks now on meds, but I do not feel much improvement. I don’t know what to do about it.
It sounds to me like you have secondary infection of testicles. Men with prostatitis or testical infection syndromes are common patients in the urologic office. My boyfriend had testical infection. His doctor screened his urine analysis, urine culture, and urine cytology. He diagnosed E.coli He claimed that it is the most common organism found ion urine. Perhaps this is a case with you and your testical infection. He had also pain while urinating. He was on Bactrim for almost 6 weeks.
