Ejaculation

I have a cousin also born with only one testicles and since forever this has been very weird for me, I was always wondering how could he have the normal sex life with only one testicle and if he could have children one day. But today he actually does have a child, and this is how my questions have been asked. He told me that apart from having a feeling of decreased masculinity, he never had any other problems with having only one testicle. He explained if this one he has is functioning on its own normally, there is no need to worry. Ejaculation and being fast with it doesn’t have to have anything to do with having only one testicle. If you are new to sex, or in other words, if you don’t have much sexual experience, ejaculating fast could be related to this. They do have testicle implants, I guess is how you would refer to them. The are used to simulate having both testicles.I think they use these if testicular cancer would cause removal. But they do use them for your situation. If it makes a difference in your self esteem, then it is worth doing. If you are having premature ejaculation, you may try masturbating an hour or so before you know when you are going to be with a partner. This should help you, and take longer before you ejaculate with your partner.
