it may be a good idea. I've seen my doctor and he did say I could have some sort of demyelination disease, or possibly even a far rarer disease known as an overvoltage, which is connected with other already known neurological abnormalities. My nerves didn't divide as much in fetal development and i had this issue since i was born!

For people who are not tapering of any psycho-active medication: look into electrohypersensitivity (EHS). I have the exact symptoms described here and reading about EHS was a revelation to me.

Thank you so much for this message. Been going nuts for 2 months with the buzzing/zapping in my head, and all tests were negative. I think you're absolutely right about the stress. Going to work on that, and diet! Thank you, my friend!

I've had this same problem for years, it comes and goes and when it does flare up it lasts for long periods of time, sometimes weeks. It's happening to me as I type this. Drives me absolutely crazy. I've spoken to several Doctors and for the most part they seem to think I'm nuts. I finally decided to look it up and am surprised to see so many with the same issue. Perhaps I'm not so crazy after all.

Do you suffer from anxiety? or depression? The feeling might be spiritual and its energy that needs to be released. Its not like pain right you feel as if you think you might have a seizure?

Because all of these experiences are posted relatively recently I put forth the suggestion that what some of you might be experiencing is EMF (electromagnetic frequency) from the new generation of cell tower and wifii/bluetooth. I feel vibratory sensations in my head when approaching people/places using bluetooth to listen to music, when approaching a wireless router at a placeof bussiness. Technology density has increased in recent years and many of us have simply meet our limit of tolerance and strange head vibrations, brain tenderness feelings, brain fog, cognitive decline is simply the result. I personally don't understand how so many people don't feel anything.
