Do you lift weights? Muscle tears from lifting can give a high enzyme readings. Why aren't you eating any protein in your diet?
hello yes sometimes i lifted weights when i do my exercised i do eat protein food sometimes maybe once a week i was upset of the result of my ultrasound that's why i do not eat meat regularly on my diet
I am an alcoholic and my ALT reading was 140 (or maybe 1.4). What is a normal reading? This one is higher than it usually is. What if it was 240, would I be dead? Thank you.
