Hi all. I hope someone here will be able to help me as I’m a little worried - all of a sudden one of my testicles hurt. My right side is painful, and it feels bruise when I touch the testicle. There is a part on that testicle where I can feel a small bump - I can’t see it but sure can feel it when I touch that area. Can anybody tell me what that might be??
It sounds to me like a condition called epididymitus. That is an inflammation or bacteria in the epididymus. If that bump is towards the back of your right testicle, that is probably what your feeling. If I’m right about it, then you should go to a urologist and do an ultrasound. I had exactly the same thing. On the other hand, if it's not epididymitus, it could be torsion which you'd want to take care of immediately. Good luck.
