i think about at night. what can i do to stop this
I Have a problem when i woke up, after a few minute i about to go take a shower then I was breathing hard till i want my muscle to breath for me then suddenly my muscle cant breath for me unless i breath by my self so how can i think please help me
hey I just read this, I’m healthy and have no mental problems but it is simply you messing with yourself or your brain messing with you, this happens sometimes and I just talk to a friend or focus on homework or Xbox or something and it’s gonezoes

Hi, I’m thirteen and I’ve been having the exact same problem. I feel like when I breathe I’m not getting all the air i need and am exhausted of having to thing about breathing. When I’m not thinking about it it goes away. I feel better now that I know I’m not dying (: thanks
I’m sorry to tell you, but I think you just had your first panic attack. When it gets to the point where you are convinced you’re going to suffocate, it because of anxiety and it sucks
honestly is the same for me, i am perfectly fine until i start thinking about m breathing and its almost like i go into a mini panic attack, its the same for when i am eating and i just get so worried about all the what ifs in the world and it really sucks
same with me
when i think about about breathing i can breath for some reason and im tired of it
