Everyday when i go back home and change my cloths..

Everyday when i go back home and change my cloths.. I get severe itching all over body.. Sometimes when i am at home for the entire day if I go out/change in tempertaure I get severe itching.. Sometimes when it becomes serious i get hard rashes all over body due to itching.. Does anyone has a solution to this problem... I have this issue from almost 2 yrs now...
