and i do usually sit in a bath with warm water,
then use shaving cream,
and i shave the opposite direction,
and i make sure i do it slowly

what am i suppose to do?

ive had family problems and theres no way i can discuss this with anyone in my family... so i dont think i could see a doctor?

please help im desperate.
I get that same thing as you!
I was told to try using vaseline,E45 Cream, DoubleBase, SudoCream and moisturise often - This hasn't worked for me!
They say it can be caused by ingrown hairs too - but either way i still get them regardless if its ingrown hairs or not.
I've herd laser hair removal works a treat - BUT its far too expensive to get done proffessionally or to buy a home kit myself. So this option is also personallyout of the question.
Waxing irritates me even more so it's tottally off the question .. and as for hair removal cream its c**p.

I understand it is completely embarrising and people always comment on it! It makes it impossible to be intimate with anyone i am so ashamed.

I've decided to see a doctor about this skin condition - it started when i first started my periods- and see if they can give me any tablets or cream that is specialised to help. I think it may be something to do with hormone imbalence - i've had that alot recently so i'm going to check it out but may require a blood test -EEK!!-

Ill let you know if i find anything that works!!!!
