I’ve been doing Yoga exercises for almost three years now. It is like people are saying. It works remarkably to achieve harmony and helps the mind work in synchronization with the body. Since I exercise yoga my self esteem is higher, confidence, my muscles are toned, my concentration has been improved….what can I say it is great. I think I’ll exercise yoga as long as I am able to.
I know it is great. I started exercising recently and I already feel improvement. I had back pain which faded. With yoga exercises my back muscles are straighten and I feel great.
I also heard that yoga is good for certain illness that may come like asthma, arthritis, blood pressure, back pain, multiple sclerosis, chronic fatigue, epilepsy, diabetes, headaches, stress and many more.
I did yoga exercises for 4 years and it helped me nt only to shape myself physically, but mentally too!
