I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm 20 years old and have seen 3 doctors now and they all can't seem to figure out what's going on with my body and its constant yeast infections. I had my first infection about 3 years ago and it didn't return until months later. During this time, I had a LOT of discharge. So much that I couldn't stand it and started wearing tampons on a daily basis just so that I wouldn't have to go to the bathroom every 5 minutes (and no, that's not an exaggeration).
Up until this point, I had always thought that I just had too much yeast in me so I started changing things around like my diet, stopped eating birth control pills, and even stopped wearing tampons/pads. Nothing changed. I tried boric acid, vinegar, garlic, ate garlic pills, ate grape seed extract pills, took oil of oregano.. but still, nothing seemed to help. I realized today that perhaps all my infections are a cause of too much discharge. When an infection goes away, I still have a lot of discharge and a few days later, the infection would return.
The doctors have prescribed me Diflucan pills and now they say there's not much left they can do. Please help! This is ruining my life and the things I enjoy doing such as playing sports, exercising, going for walks, etc.

I don't think I can suggest much that you haven't already thought of. Yoghurt is good for yeast infections. Make sure you are wiping from front to back when you have a bowel motion. Good luck
I've heard that a low carb, or low sugar diet may help yeast infections.
I have the exact same problem. If you found anything that helped please respond. I am very embarrassed because of this and I just want it to go away.
I have similar experiences where I need to wear pantiliner often and its a lil embarassing at times :$ - but its an option too. My vulva is usually wet, and I have alot of discharge (diff kinds depending on where I am in my cycle). It usually dries white or is too thick to fully dry and its uncomfortable. Like I just thought I was cumming at times, but doesnt feel like an orgasm or id be squirming by the side of the road.
You are way ahead cos ive not told dr. about it yet alone seek treatment. I jus figured i'll most often be a messy gurl in my panties. But even pantiliners can be uncomfortable and irritable.
Its umcomfortable! help!
Thanks ladies x
