Hi i have been having this problem since 3-4 years now. I always have excess saliva in my mouth, stuffed nose (one nostril- usually the left one), white thick mucus (it feels as if it is just at the back of my throat)- i always have to clear my throat before i speak. I recently started (around 2 months ago) a new problem where i don't usually have urge to poop for 4-5 days-  this has significantly increase the passing of gas :$. Anyhow i have to force myself very hard to poop.

I did some research of my own and found out that i might have a disease known as Laryngopharyngeal Reflux (LPR). But, the thing is i don't feel any stomach acid traveling up into my throat.

Can anyone help me please. ENTs in Vancouver are quite useless in this case.

Thaank you

Edit: I am 22 years old, male
