For general health?

Walking is good but swimming is even better.  It's low impact and works a lot of muscles.

Just do what you can.  Don't overdo it.  It's more important just to keep moving.

I do not do swimming. I go for 40 minutes walk daily.I also go to gim for low impact work out alternate day.But your videos for 1 to 2 miuntes are very impressive and I liked animated videos with swiss ball.At home I have swiss ball and I thought to refer to you for specific exercises.

Hi Esgiti.

Basically, if you are in a good shape - and since you are regularly involved in low impact exercise at the gym and you walk on daily basis, I asume you are - you can perform all those exercises that are shown on the videos.
