Hey, I am a fifteen year old girl, and have been suffering irregular heartbeats for about a month or two. Sometimes, they're accompanied by slight nausea (but I get nauseaus easy) and recently, I've had a really bad dizzy spell that brought on the fast heartbeat and nausea. I've also been having headaches, but I'm not sure they're connected.

I'm a very stressed person (I worry about everything and more) and these symptoms are really scaring me.

What could they mean?
