first of all i am not good in english please understand my probem .from the last two days i see that there is a small round shape like tiny swelling below the head of my penis.it is normal when there is no erection but when the erection takes place it seems that there is some thing like fat nerve or sweling type below the head of the penis area.when i press it there is no pain.please help me i am afraid it happened to me first time i dont know why is this due to hard rub during masterbation or some another cause.remember that this small swelling is not on the head it is under area of the head of the penis.

You need to see an urologist for this matter as they are specialized in penile structural abnormalities. You have to ask for a referral from your GP or how ever it works in your country. It could be that you have developed a lymphocele that may form on shaft (penile body) after vigorous masturbation or other sexual acts.

yah it seems that it is laymphaptic liquid because it doesnot cause any pain and also it looks like that there is some liquid in that faty area.
