I have had my weight go up and down by 50+ pounds my entire life. I've always been pigeon to and bowed from the knees down. But I've always had huge knees!! And I mean huge! Even at a size 12 which is skinny for me, my knees were huge. At 55, I can't imagine anything helping at this point.

I'am 60 years old 5'4 and weight 178. And I started this problem with this bulges around my inner legs, last year, it doesn't hurt but it feels mushy, I cannot wear shorts, dresses above my knees. I'am very conscious about it. I went to see my doctor he stated that this is how my anatomy is built. I don't understand nobody in my family has this. I have started doing leg lifts, and walking doing exercises for 45 minis, I hope this helps cause I don't know what else to do. The only thing I could think is my high cholesterol the fat stores inside those ugly bulges.

Cardio!! Regardless of how thin you may be everywhere else you may have fat deposits left that are built up in other places. You may do cardio but if you do cardio and are not decreasing in pounds then ultimately you are just maintaining what you have. It will always be that last spot that deposits want to hide that prove to be the most challenging area to remove them from. Clean diet, cardio (HILT if possible) and you will love more body fat which will be that most annoying area. Good luck!!

Try this machine called Cavitivity machine, it's like ultrasound machine, I used it on my inner knee fat, it really shrinks the fat. I bought one from Amazon.

I am almost sure I have the solution to this situation you're talking about and I'll start by telling you the cause which is bad standing posture. I bet when you stand your legs are locked at the knees; this is bad standing posture. When our knees are locked (without bend), we are unable to use our upper leg muscles which would otherwise contribute greatly to supporting our weight when we stand. Then, instead of the upper leg muscles supporting our weight, our knees compensate the weight, and they get damaged and inflamed causing that cottage cheesy like feel as someone else described. To fix this, massage that area with your thumb when you can, and also stand with a slight bend from now on so that your butt and upper leg muscles are being used, also tuck in your sacrum (bottom of spine) so you don't have lower back pain.

I have stood my entire life with bent knees. My husband says it looks weird and calls me down on it when he sees me standing that way. I still have a bulge on the inside of my knees. But I do think you are right. It could be a posture problem.

Has anyone done fascia blasting on that fat cap

I think the new freeze fat treatment could remove it and it wouldn't have the side affects and expense that liposuction would have. Many med spas offer this now. It freezes the fat and it literally melts it's.
