I have the same thing!! I'm a 16 year old girl. I got back off holiday from Turkey 3 weeks ago, and the last few days I was there I was ill, we just put it down to sunstroke and got some sickness and dizzyness tablets. After a few days of being at home it pretty much went away.. although occasionally it would come back a little but not for long. However last Tuesday it came back in full.. I went to the doctor who checked me out, did a stool sample, etc. They just said I probably picked something up and it should go away in about 10 days. It hasn't been that yet but like I said it's been 3 weeks since I got back off holiday and I just can't stop worrying about it.

I feel sick, dizzy, hot, tired.. like many people have said I get a feeling in my head which isn't like a headache but just a weird feeling. I have no energy, I don't want to eat anything. I feel sick but I'm not being sick, I have made myself throw up a few times by sticking a toothbrush down my throat, but that's it. I've never just been sick without doing anything. I also feel like I'm going to faint but I haven't. But when I think about it, like if I think I'm going to die, then I feel worse. If I focus my attention on something, like watching the TV, I forget.. but then I remember again and it comes back. So is it really anxiety?

I had a blood test last year after I fainted from standing up too long, but the test came back okay.

I'm just worried.. reading this has done me good, that other people are going through it too and that it's not some life threatening disease I have! I just want some reassurance really.. am I alright? Is it really just anxiety? Is there anything I need to do? I've started taking some vitamin Cs tablets, drinking water which I never do..

Like I said, I've been the doctor.. had a stool sample, and had a blood test last year. I don't know what else I can do. I've been off school for about 2 and a half months now as I've left and will be joining college in september. I don't think all this staying at home does me good because it gives me more time to think about it and worry. I just want to know what to do.. do I just need to stop thinking about it? Or anything else?

Thanks in advance, and I hope that we all feel better soon. :)

That is exactly like me, I used to be quite a slim girl now I need to eat all the time which has made me gain weight and I can't go out cuz standing up for too long makes me ill. I'm 14 but rareley do things I too had the thing with my glands a few times. My attendance is very low and I am never at school for a full 2weeks, I've had blood tests tho and apparentley everythings fine, but I just have a generel sh*t feeling its horrible, I know I'm ill but I just want to know what's wrong with me:( I'm so glad there's other people like me

Look into Dysautonomia or Autonomic Disfunction.  Some Cardiologists know of it and some Neurologists do.  There is something called POTS Postural Orthstatic Tachycardia Syndrome other forms of Dysautonomia.  It normally begins with a virus and then gets worse and worse.  My daughter started with an illness with no bloodwork would show anything 2 years later and she is now 14 they finally found it.  If you need more information email me at mr1091554@aol.com

Hi

Like a lot of u i have suffered from anxiety and depression. Went on for years! Then I heard about NLP and hypnotherapy.......best thing i did. Now no longer suffer from panic attacks or on medication.

Worth a try but stay away from stage hypnosis.

Wow. I am so happy that i have found this i literally feel like ive been going mad. Basically i have been suffering with panic attacks and anxiety for almost 6 months now. Im 19 yrs old and i was a happy very outgoing ambious teenager.. before i started smoking weed. I smoked everyday for a long time and i know my post anxiety is probably self inflicted but i have literally lost who i am. I gave up smoking obviously cos of the panic attacks and its the best thing ive ever done, i will never smoke again. But now i am suffering big time. Ive just about got over the panic attacks but still have the occasional one that i can control.. its the anxiety. I constantly feel like im dying. Its ruining me. I cant do anything without worrying. I have a new job which i love but i dont feel safe there. I always think im going to either 1. Drop dead or 2. Have cancer. The amount of times ive seen my gp thinking ive got cancer. And lets be honest the internet doesnt help. I just want to relax, my brain is constantly in crazy mode and i know im harming my health!! I worry about worrying!!! Help

Hi guys,

I have/had very similar symptoms, I have foud out there are 2 things that have been causing it:

#1 My intestinal flora seems to have been destoyed after doing Epsom Salts cleansing.

As a direct cause I would bloat after eating certain foods in a matter of minutes, am probably lactose intolerant, could probably be gluten intolerant too.

It can also lead to malnutrition, even if you eat well, because the nutrients are not absorbed in your gut, because there isn't enough stuff to absorb it with...

This can cause many of the simptoms, described by you.

Basically what you have to do is rebuild your intestinal flora. You can do that by eating raw yeast, or there are a ton of medicines that are basically yeast for your gut.

There are also medicines that help you break down lactose.

#2 Panic attacks can be caused by too much lactic acid and dehidration.

Quick fix: drink water when it starts.

Don't worry about worrying. That's your problem. Wake up and start the day telling yourself it's gonna be so great! Think of all the great food you have and how lucky you are to have a jib and the internet and wear your favorite outfit! Then in the car, which you are very blessed to have, put on your favorite tunes! At work challenge yourself to see what happens when you are the nicest you have ever been. Ask people if they need help, think about how lucky you are and talk to someone you miss and hangout. Just enjoy life!!!!!

If your so worried about dying then LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST. That way you will end your day knowing we are all gonna dye someday, but that is because God wants to reveal himself to us. Oh my goodness how we are loved!!!!!

I have read all the post from everyone. I too along with my autistic son and daughter we have lived in damp and flood house many times mold started to grow. been in this what for 17 years. didn't think all this could be related to mold. but then past 2 years I started to get worse. chronic fatigue, floor finally rotted out. and all. but headaches wouldn't go away. extremely tired. sinus problems and infections and swollen lymph nodes on a daily basis. even worse. loose balance falling over could not stand up. so dang gone sick i miss getting my son at the end of the road i had to crawl to the car and struggle to sit up and drive to the end of the road to get my son. then got my daughter to help me to drive to walmart to buy plastic and so I could seal up the mold. well, that calm my symptoms down. but everytime I come home within minutes headaches , nausea, chest pains, and more started up again. your house can make you sick. get tested for household molds and airborne molds. my son is allergic to it. dust mites, some certain types of grass and gluten in foods. we are finally out but will always be sick until we find someone to rid it out of out body. mycotoxins.

I hope this helped.

i am feeling the same for the past month. I have crazy bad headaches,

feel nauseated off and on most days, need way more rest/sleep that I should need at my age. I am awaiting blood work and urine results.

I also experience chest pain from time to time. I am sick of everything

is due from stress. Could be but need some help with meds or some naturally.
