I have been feeling very tired and lethargic over the past three weeks despite getting my usual eight hours sleep at night. I find it difficult driving to work in the morning as I feel as though I am going to fall asleep every second. I have been taking the Pill now for many years and became concerned when I had no bleed in my break for the last two months. My doctor has told me that I should count myself lucky and that this happens to some people. What is causing this extreme tiredness?

I was very tired and lethargic with quite bad headaches for few weeks. I did the program, within the first two weeks I noticed my energy level had increased. I don't suffer from the headaches anymore and I feel stronger then before I think you should talk with doctor about this, maybe just vitamin supplements can help you.

I was convinced I had chronic "whining" disease and that's what I told my MD. Whining disease=All I felt like doing was whine about how lethargic and bad I felt.

I was tired and just felt bad all the time. :( No matter how many vitamins, B6's B12's -and it made no difference.

To make a very long story short. These bouts were amplified by dental visits.

So, I went to my dentist and got my got my records. for dates of the visits. I took these to my MD and told her about my "wining disease" and asked her what chronic fatigue syndrome was. She said CFS was only to be diagnosed after all other avenues had been checked. It was the
catch all name when they didn't know what was wrong.

She looked at my dental visit dates---- since I was pretty sure they would closely match when I went to her thinking I must have some flu or something.

They did match up. She sent me to see a cardiologist. THANK GOD she listened to me.

Even though I am WAYYYYY WAYYYYYY too young to be in a cardiologist office- he listened to me. He figured my problem out in no time. And before I knew it- I was getting an aortic heart valve replacement. AT MY AGE!!! But, my valve was damaged, either from not getting proper antibiotics before getting my dental work(heart murmur), or just genetics, my heart valve was not working right.

Over 50% of the blood going into my heart, fell back into the valve instead of going to the brain. I was at high risk for heart failure and literally drowning from the blood flooding backwards and going into my lungs.

I would never take being chronically tired lightly. Your body is trying to tell you something. It just isn't working right somewhere!

I did the process of elimination through Webmd and Mayoclinic sites.

I was just very blessed to have found it. That was last year- I'm so Thankful God got me through.

If you're tired- find out why......

Feeling Lethargic can be caused by toxic elements trapped inside the air of your home.

Enviormental Protective Agency (EPA) states in its pamphet "Residential Air Cleaners (Second Edition)" that 56% of your energy is produced through the air that we breath and the pollution that we take into our lungs takes up the space that normally should be suppling the energy.

Gaseous pollutants of cleaning products and deodorizers traped in the air inside the home effects the brain resulting in lethargic responses.

EPA recommends annual Air Quality Test of homes to identify the amount of pollutants in your home.
