With worsening conditions, you need to report to a doctor's office immediately.
Do not wait until after the holidays.
Your condition is worsening.
Go get an evaluation now... it is entirely possible that they will admit you to the hospital for constant evaluation.

Don't ignor this. Take action now.

I had a similar problem, i was ill for about 8 weeks, then a constant sore throuat sometimes with white spots and lasted about 4 months. I was forever getting cronic headaches and my energy levels were completely exausted. I would sleep for 10 hours and still be really tired all day. I went to the doctors and got tested for glandular fever, HIV (terrifying) and strep throat. All came back negative. I thought i might be gluton intolerant, lactose intolerant, not eating properly, not living by a routine, eating at wrong times, chronic fatigue syndrome, have anemia, have diabetes type 2, going out too much......the list went on but changing these variables made no difference. Clearly my friends thought i was a hypochondriac!! Generally i went out less than my friends and went to the gym regulary and ate healthier which annoyed me because they were full of energy and happy all the time, why wasnt i? It all got too much is was mainly the low energy that did it, which lead to depression, forgetfulness, low concentration and avoiding friends and social situations because i just didnt have the energy. I started a course of antidepressants that helped my snappy/stressy/tired attititude but not my problem. In fact i was sleeping more! With no options left i felt this was something i was gonna have to live with that did make me feel low but tried to remain positive about what i did have in life.
When all hope was lost i had a break through the other day, a friend stopped in my room after we'd been out and the next day she had a sore throat. Thinking about it this had happened before with other friends but thought it was the ventilation in the bedroom. I already bought an air purifier because i thought it might of been my allergys causing my problems, and i have asthma. Infact i thought back to my time at the hospital where they tested me and told me i was allergic to animal hair/ dustmite/and mould (found both in and out of the house) as well as other allergens. Thinking about it further i realised it was the moisture in the air naturally in the bedroom and leaking out of the en-suite. A damp house is the perfect breeding ground for house mould and it thrives. I bought a dehumidifier and i actually cant believe the difference!!! My breathing which was always a little tight has improved rapidly, i was always stuffed up with cold..its gone. My head aches have gone, IBS has stopped, My skin has improve and i just look so much healthier, my bags under my eyes (which were always there) have gone and more importantly my energy levels are back!! (and what kind of life can you live with no energy!!) In fact i just woke up early this morning and thought id come online and let others know how this has worked for me. I cant believe i over the past months were sleeping more because i thought i needed to rest, but was resting longer in a room that was poisoning me further, worsening my condition??! Now this may not be your problem but hey you might as well give it a go. It could be allergys to the same thing or something else? The air is full of so many nasty things you wouldnt believe. So........first things first. Air out your flat/house daily opening all doors and windows. Have a good hover and tidyup and get everything clean!!...Especially in the bedrooms where you spend half your life!! It makes sense the conditions in this room have to be healthy for you to thrive as a person!! Buy yourself a air purifier and dehumidifier (i bought mine from argos and got the best ones possible) but go to allergymatters.com where it has reviews on them, you can also buy them reasonably cheap and it will tell ya about allergys, the effects and has other solutions and ways of dealing with them. I hope this helps you all. Let me know if it does? Goodluck!!! Gav x
