Paula I am experiencing the same thing, my nose is stuffy, liquids don't seem to help, I keep trying to clear my throat which seems to have inflamed part of my esophagus and I can feel irritation to my ears,I find myself belching a lot.My doctor thinks it is GERD and I am on Omeprazole, taking 20 Mg's twice a day, that is double the normal dose. My doctor says to stay on it for 30 days. My energy is terrible and I find myself resting a lot Hope this helps

My son was diagnosed with an allergic inflammatory disorder called eosinophilic esophagitis (EOE). It can cause dysphagia and a lot of other symptoms you all are experiencing.

That is actually a huge part of anxiety... I get that when im freaking out or thinking about it too much and sometimes it makes it feel like there's a bigger lump or more tightness and it scares me.

I'm late, but I think you have tonsillitis! I'm not sure if somebody else already replied, or you already went to the doctor and got a diagnosis, (which, if you haven't, you probably should since it's been over a year) but that's what you probably have. Those smelly, stone-like things are tonsil stones. When food and saliva are trapped in your tonsils, they create tonsil stones, which are little white/cream colored hard thingies that smell really bad. Your throat feels raw, the uvula (the little thing hanging in the back of your mouth) is swollen, and your tonsils look inflamed... yeah, tonsillitis. Please go see a doctor, they know more than I do and will tell you what to do next.
Hope this helps!

I have this feeling now and have experienced it in the past as well. Out of curiosity, I researched it. It has a name: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Globus_pharyngis

Since stress, anxiety can cause it, I’ll try some magnesium citrate for relaxation.

I’ve been having this problem but I do suffer from thyroid disease but I’ve never had this issue. I do have an answer for all who has been to the doctor and found nothing wrong, your throat chakra blocked.

I am wondering about this as well
