Oh i am experiencing the exact same thing right now. Ive been clearing my throat for a week and a half. Poking my tonsils with objects just in case something is stuck. I feel lile the bumps right at the back of my tongue are hard but not sure if thats normal. Im so over it and i feel like ive been putting on weight as i eat to try and dislodge whatever is stuck. Its the worst most annoying sensation. I drink hot drinks. I gargle all in the hopes of removing whatever it is.
At times it feels like a hair in the back of my throat, then a lump. Geez if anyone has any tips to getting rid of this please let me know.

I just had the exact same thing, scared the heck out of me, made a joke immediately afterwards that , Well, I almost made it to 70..
I would investigate Achalasia. My Mother has this and was 91 before diagnosed! It can run in families and believe my daughter & I both also have it. I always thought it was an allergy to certain foods but this new diagnosis on my mother leaves me thinking otherwise. The newest least invasive treatment are botox injections. There is no cure.

So I have been getting sick in the middle of the night for some reason. Last night I got sick in the middle of the night threw up and then felt like I was choking on something so I tried clearing my throat out with water exedra and this morning I'm still having the same choking feeling in my throat couple people that I've aspirated should I go to the hospital or will it clear up on its own
So what finally got rid of it? Did it just go away?
