So I slept with this guy this guy 4 days ago, he was someone I had been with before. About 2 days after I started to notice that my vagina was a little itchy and that it kind of burned when I peed. At first I thought it could be a UTI or yeast infection but just to be sure I took a mirror to look down there and saw a weird white bump. It wasn't raised all that much but it was definitely something I had never seen before. Naturally, I freaked out and started examining myself even more down there. I found a little cluster of slightly raised bumps on the right side pretty far down by my vaginal opening. They didn't have any white appearance tho. It's now 2 days later and it looks like the white bumps have began to spread. I also have milky white discharge, not thick at all. I've looked at so many pictures of herpes and I'm scaring myself because I'm pretty sure that's what I have. It almost looks like 2 of the bumps on the left side of my vagina opening have become sores.
Is there any other possible disease or explanation for this? Or does it definitely seem like herpes?
