I am 16 years old and have noticed over the years that the length of my penis has been fluctuating greatly. I used to be capable of 7", but ever since it's been fluctuating its length has been steadily declining; I can now only seem to get 6" at best. Is there anything that should be brought to my attention about this, or am I overreacting?
