I am 15 154 pounds 5 11 and don't know what foods i need REALLY NEED HELP

At 15 you should be focusing on eating a balanced diet. Lean meats, vegetables, fruits, and grains are all good. Limit but don't avoid the dairy intake, cheeses and milk.
You need proteins and calories as you are still growing.
That and moderate exercise will help you grow strong.
