I am 74 years old. As long as I take Maxflow twice a day, I have no problem peeing at all, but sometimes if I miss one or two doses my stream becomes more difficult, and the bottom of my feet burn while I pee. Not an occasional occurrence, it's like this all the time.

I'm not even sure your're still on this board or have recovered but this to me sounds 100% what I went through / am going through. After surgery the complications have been a nightmare. Thank God my at home nurse had a patient dealt with what I was describing. She said it's sounding so much like RSD/CRSP used to be called Reflex REFLEX SYMPATHETIC DYSTROPHY but they changed the name to Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. Check it out it's exactly what i have left numb leg and horrible issues with left foot after surgery. The left leg and foot we'rent why I was being operated on. HOT MESS they gave my left leg/foot trauma causing this very RARE Pain Disease. (only pain disease there is) Good luck to you.

Do you think it might be something related to diabetes?

Hi, guest.

Foot pain while urinating is not a typical symptom commonly associated with diabetes. However, diabetes can have a variety of complications that can impact different parts of the body, including the feet.

Common symptoms of diabetes include:

- Frequent urination
- Excessive thirst
- Unexplained weight loss
- Fatigue
- Blurred vision
- Slow-healing sores or frequent infections
- Areas of darkened skin
- Tingling, pain, or numbness in the hands or feet (neuropathy)
- Peripheral neuropathy, a common complication of diabetes, does affect the feet and can cause tingling, numbness, and pain, but it's not typically associated with the act of urinating.

If you're experiencing foot pain while urinating, it could be coincidental or related to another issue.

Hello,
Everyone I just started having the same problem. Pain in the bottom middle of my right foot while urinating. I’ve also have had back problems through the years. Closest I could figure is that the sciatic nerve connects to nerves near the bladder. The Sciatic nerve also connects to the Tibial never which is in the leg and runs to the foot. I have to go to the urologist and see what he says.
