I have the exact same problem and I’m 26. I thought I had hurt my foot but I’ve been very careful the past 6 weeks. It only hurts under my heel right when I’m going to urinate. My wife doesn’t know about it yet. Any answers from anyone on what they have found?

I too have been getting a sharp burning pain in my 2nd, and third toes on my right foot when I urinate. Its been going on for about 5 months now. No idea what the cause is.

I am in similar trouble. As a girl, peeing (sitting or standing into a cup, even with the foot raised) is causing awful sharp pain around my leg heel. Yet once it goes away I can walk, bend forward and do all gymnastics stretches without pain. But it also comes back if I sit from kneeling on my heels for a time. Stretching seems the only way to stop it once it gets going. Currently afraid to pee! :/

I got this as well the right side of my left foot cramps up right before urine comes out. Started when I started jogging every day, so I’m thinking a pinched nerve. However it goes away and comes back. Recently it went away entirely for about a month before it came back. I would recommend stretching your gluts. Tried this recently and it seemed to do something. Will update if this works for me

They call mine Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. My toes turn purple at times, my foot hurts but the skin is numb. I have been going for epidural shots and am on Gabapentin. Not much relief. The next step is the insertion of a stimulator.

Happened to me. Started after I stared jogging every day. One day I did a butterfly stretch using a machine at the gym and I felt something move from what felt like behind my groin back to my leg. Never had the pain sense. I think the jogging caused something to move down and push on a nerve

hi i have been 'diagnosed' by an allophatic doctor with plantars fasicitas. i noticed that the pain and sensation was relived instantly when i started urinating. i asume it is the nerve channels are 'distracted' as these nerves are connected through spine and groin area? maybe test it during sex or masturbation as well.

I'm a female too with the same symptoms. Did you ever find a diagnosis?

After I had a gunshot to the leg that blasted a lot of tissue off, I was fixed by leaving a lot of lead pellets in the leg and pressing the wound together so tightly it was not possible to pinch skin with my fingers.

It left me with a great deal of nerve pain, but has gotten better. It's like my foot is waking from sleep. When I pee the pain gets intense and I even get it when I have an orgasm.
All I get is from doctors: Well, that's the first case I have heard about.

I am the same! My feet start to ache and then they're pins and needles until they're on burning hot nails until I can urinate. It's just been the last few weeks and I can't figure out what it is!

I have the same problem and it's from the nerve in s1, L5, L4. I have GG ad surgery and it's from the nerves being damaged in those areas. Lyrica, or Gabapentin will only help.
