I have troubles with asthma. But I wont let it ruin my entire life or to dictate my way of life. I want to go to the aerobic exercises. I have consulted with doctor and he told me that it is OK but he gave me Foradil Aerolizer to prevent some possible attacks. But I would like to hear how to use Formoterol capsules and how much?
Those are very important things and I am wondering why your doctor didnt explain you how to use it. Formoterol capsules are made for use only in Foradil Aerolizer. Do not try to take it by mouth or in any other way. Also dont put capsule in the mouthpiece of the inhaler. Use the Foradil Aerolizer 15 minutes prior to exercises and dont take it in period of time shorter then 12 hours.
