I only get them on the insides of my lips on the top :(
tretinion gel/cream gets rid of them, as well as co2 laser surgery.

I do circular motions on them with a rag with bar soap and they have been slowly going away for me
Has anyone actually treated fordyce spots successfully? I am just wondering if a person has actually got rid of them. If you have, can you tell me what you used?
Just rip them out with tweezers bro. Squeeze really hard, poke a hole with a needle right in the middle, and tug the inside out. It may hurt a bit and bleed a little, but you can get then out. May leave a bit of a scar but I prefer that to bumps.
