hello i had this problem when i was about 8 to 12 that i couldnt pull my foreskin back, now i can pull it back fine.
But ive allways ever since i can remember from when i was able to pull my foreskin back, had these werid swollen gland things on my penis, they look like loads of small warts around the the top of my penis. what are they? how do i get rid of them so i can get on with my life? and this must be a weird thing? please let me know.... PLEASE!!!
