ok thanks the foreskin is near the left side not at the opening where you pee its just the place where the other side has the curve part the corona (looked it up ha ha) the exact placement is right next to the frunullum to the middle its like 1/4 of the skin that is cuvering the corona going higher as it gets closer to the frunullum I don't think that I can pull it down any more thou will there be the white stuff under that part of skin when you don't wash for a while because no water can enter to clean it

Everything sounds quite normal and I think if your keep gently pulling your foreskin back on a regular basis and just keep holding it back when you do it so where it's still attached is being stretched not so it's to painful but just enough to feel it should free its self, I would also recommend doing it when you take a bath after the skin has had time to soak an soften up, if your also finding your foreskin a bit tight try rubbing some baby oil into the foreskin two or three times a day and you might even find it will help the skin release.
There won't be no smegma under where the skin is still attached but you might find that there is some under the foreskin at the back of the glands if your unable to retract it right back to clean.

You could work at pulling them apart yourself but it will take time and will need to heal properly before sex or masterbation. However this could be your banjo sting, a string like piece of skin that is completely normal (don't pull this apart!)

So what if my head has that piece of skin Attached to the head will it ever go away or let go of the head ?

I had the same thing when I was younger. Some of my foreskin was fused to the ridge of my penis. An operation is not necessary. It went away. All I did was continue to stretch my foreskin, and not to where it hurts. To loosen it. Nothing happened to me when I did it, and a little at a time, the foreskin will lose the fuse it has to the glans/coronal ridge.

Mine finally went away at 14/15. I forget which.
